DESCRIPTION:The 2024 UCLA Health Heart &amp\; Stroke Walk is set to take pl
 ace on Sunday\, October 27\, 2024\, at the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium\, loca
 ted at 1001 Rose Bowl Drive\, Pasadena\, CA 91103. This inspiring event ai
 ms to raise awareness and funds for heart and stroke research and will bri
 ng together community members dedicated to promoting heart health.\n\nThe 
 day’s festivities kick off at 8:00 AM with the opening of the festival a
 rea\, where participants can enjoy various activities and resources. The o
 fficial walk will begin at 9:15 AM\, allowing walkers to engage in physica
 l activity while supporting a worthy cause. After the walk\, attendees are
  invited to join the UCLA Health Team tailgate\, which opens at 10:30 AM\,
  for food\, camaraderie\, and celebration.\n\nTo make participation easier
 \, UCLA Health will provide two shuttle services to the Rose Bowl from its
  Santa Monica campus\, located at 1250 16th St.\, Santa Monica\, CA 90404.
  Free parking is available for confirmed riders and carpoolers at the Ariz
 ona Parking Structure\, situated at 1311 16th St. in Santa Monica. Shuttle
 s will board at the intersection of Arizona Ave. and 16th St. and will dep
 art promptly at 7:00 AM. Participants are advised to arrive no later than 
 6:45 AM to secure their spots on the shuttle.\n\nAfter the walk concludes 
 around 10:30 AM\, one shuttle will return to the Santa Monica campus\, whi
 le another will depart following the UCLA Health BBQ\, approximately betwe
 en 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM.\n\nThis event promises to be a wonderful opportu
 nity for individuals and families to come together\, enjoy a day of health
  and wellness\, and contribute to a critical cause. Participants are encou
 raged to bring their friends\, family\, and a spirit of community as they
