DESCRIPTION:Join Brittany Bueno and Ynes Mon for an immersive workshop\, 
 “Altered States of Consciousness: Integration Through Bilateral Stimulat
 ion.” This event\, held in the PRS Lecture Room\, is designed to guide p
 articipants through the integration process of altered states of conscious
 ness (ASC) using bilateral stimulation techniques\, which help regulate th
 e nervous system and promote deeper psychological processing. Attendees wi
 ll learn how the synchronization of the brain’s hemispheres through bila
 teral stimulation can enhance well-being and mental clarity.\n\nWhat You'l
 l Experience This workshop provides hands-on learning and exploration of v
 arious bilateral sensory practices that aid in integrating ASC experiences
 . Techniques such as auditory binaural stimulation will be featured\, with
  a live demonstration led by Ynes Mon\, enhancing your sensory experience 
 through sound and visual deprivation.\n\nTakeaways Participants will leave
  with personalized tools and resources\, including:\n\n 	A guidebook fille
 d during the workshop for continued use in integrating ASC experiences.\n 
 	An eye mask to assist with inward-focused sensory experiences.\n 	Resourc

 ental music producer and audio engineer\, Ynes blends acoustic instruments
  and field recordings to create binaural soundscapes that support ASC expe
