DESCRIPTION:Participants are invited to embark on a transformative healing 
 journey that intricately weaves together shadow work\, shamanic drumming\,
  light touch aromatherapy massage\, Reiki\, and a soothing sound bath. Thi
 s workshop is designed to facilitate a deep exploration of one’s inner s
 elf and promote holistic healing.\n\nUnderstanding Shadow Work\n\nShadow w
 ork involves confronting the hidden or darker aspects of our psyche\, incl
 uding unresolved emotions\, fears\, and negative traits. By illuminating t
 hese areas\, participants can heal and embrace their authentic selves. Thi
 s practice encourages the transcendence of limiting beliefs\, paving the w
 ay for profound spiritual growth and self-acceptance.\n\nWorkshop Structur
 e\n\nThe experience begins with grounding breathwork and rhythmic drumming
  to foster a sense of presence in the body and mind. This leads into a dee
 p meditative state\, enhancing connections with the inner self and the ear
 th. Following this\, shadow work will be explored\, providing a safe space
  for participants to examine and heal hidden aspects of their psyche. This
  process allows for greater emotional freedom and self-integration.\n\nAs 
 participants lay in peaceful surrender\, they will be immersed in healing 
 sound frequencies while receiving Reiki energy healing and light touch aro
 matherapy massage. These practices will cleanse and relax the nervous syst
 em\, restoring harmony both internally and externally.\n\nBenefits of Atte

 ner\, and sound healer based in the South Bay area of California. She spec
 ializes in facilitating natural healing processes to alleviate pain and te
 nsion\, reduce stress\, and promote overall wellness.\n 	Ada is a certifie
 d breathwork facilitator\, Reiki master\, and sound healing practitioner. 
 Her own transformative experiences with healing practices have inspired he
 r to support others on their journeys of self-discovery\, helping them rec
 onnect with their unique gifts and inner light. Ada's workshops are heart-
 centered\, focusing on empowerment and awareness of holistic healing.\n 	N
 atalia is a queer intuitive energy healer from Southeast Los Angeles\, whe
 re she learned the art of Limpias (energy healing) through her Latine comm
 unity. Natalia founded Floreciendo Energy Healing in January 2024 to provi
 de sound and energy healing\, believing that true healing occurs when one 
 connects with their ancestral medicine. She is a Reiki master trained by r
 enowned practitioners and holds a Master’s in Legal and Forensic Psychol
