DESCRIPTION:Join the Westside Weekly Belly Dance Workout to tone your body\
 , accentuate your curves\, and have a blast while doing it! This engaging 
 class takes place every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM and features be
 ginner-friendly belly dance moves that are both fun and energizing.\n\nPar
 ticipants will experience:\n\n 	Core toning and strengthening\n 	Fluid\, f
 eminine movement techniques\n 	Activation of inner and outer beauty\n 	A s
 park of creativity and self-expression\n 	Healing and clearing of the seco
 nd chakra (womb) from trauma\n 	A deeper connection with the Divine Femini
 ne\n\nThe class lasts for 1 hour and 15 minutes and is suitable for women 
 of all sizes\, shapes\, ages\, and fitness levels. The natural movements o
 f belly dance make it easy and enjoyable for everyone!\n\nAttire: Wear yog
 a clothes or a bra-style top paired with a flowy skirt. Bring a layer for 
 after the workout\, and if you have sensitive skin\, don't forget your sun
 screen. Hip scarves are encouraged\, but there are some available to borro
 w if you don’t have one. Remember to bring your own water to stay hydrat
 ed!\n\nLocation: Classes are held on the covered deck in the backyard\, al
 lowing you to dance in the fresh air and enjoy the fantastic weather.\n\nP
 arking: Free street parking is available on Walgrove Ave or Rose Ave. Plea
