 his workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their relationship wi
 th themselves\, especially during the holiday season when self-doubt or bo
 dy-related challenges may surface.\n\nIn this session\, participants will 
 be given a supportive space to:\n\n 	Cultivate self-compassion intentional
 ly\n 	Reframe negative self-talk\n 	Challenge their inner critic\n 	Foster
  personal growth and self-acceptance\n 	Connect with their core values\n 	
 Feel more grounded and at peace\n 	Practice mindfulness through the proces
 s of art-making\n\nMaggie will provide expert guidance\, leading participa
 nts through every step of the creative process. Various art materials will
  be used to create layered artworks\, including watercolor paints\, pastel
 s\, paint sticks\, markers\, Sharpies\, and more. Whether you're an experi
 enced artist or completely new to art-making\, this workshop is designed f
