 ity to unwind and reconnect.\n\nThe session begins with a gentle Restorati
 ve Yoga class\, paced to relax your body and mind. This slow\, mindful pra
 ctice aims to restore balance\, promote relaxation\, and re-energize your 
 system. Following the yoga class\, you’ll be guided into a serene sound 
 bath\, where the calming vibrations of sound will lead you from an active 
 mind into a tranquil\, dream-like state\, helping you release distractions
  and find inner peace.\n\nYour ticket includes:\n\n 	Restorative Yoga: 6:0
 0-7:15pm (for two people)\n 	Sound Bath: 7:30-8:15pm (for two people)\n 	A
