 xperience or flexibility is required\, making it an ideal space for both b
 eginners and experienced yogis to explore their practice.\n\nThe focus of 
 this class is on creating a supportive environment for self-discovery and 
 growth\, encouraging participants to develop physically\, mentally\, and s
 piritually at their own pace. If you prefer not to lie on the floor\, chai
 rs are available upon request—please let us know during registration\, a
