DESCRIPTION:Grief Yoga is a gentle\, yin-style yoga class designed to help 
 release grief stored within the body. This slow and mindful practice allow
 s participants to ease into poses\, giving time for both body and mind to 
 process emotions. Accessible to all\, regardless of experience or body typ
 e\, the class offers a safe space for individuals to move through their gr
 ief with compassionate support.\nAttendees are encouraged to come in cozy 
 attire and bring their own yoga mat. The environment is designed to enhanc
 e the healing journey\, with amenities like a tea bar\, oracle cards\, cry
 stals\, and writing materials available to guests. Flowers and aromatherap
 y add an additional layer of relaxation to the space.\nThis class is also 
 cannabis-friendly\, allowing for a more personalized and calming experienc
 e for those who choose to incorporate it into their practice.\nThe session
  is led by Jill Schock\, a certified yoga instructor\, death doula\, and o
 wner of Studio DDLA. Jill's expertise in guiding individuals through grief
  and end-of-life care creates a nurturing environment where healing can un
