DESCRIPTION:Healing Through Creativity: A Journey Through the Chakras is an
  immersive\, all-ages workshop that bridges the spiritual and creative rea
 lms\, inviting participants to explore their chakras through artistic expr
 ession. The workshop begins with a grounding qigong session\, designed to 
 help participants center their energy and open up their creative channels\
 , setting the stage for a deeper connection between mind\, body\, and spir
 it.\n\nOver the course of this 8-hour journey\, attendees will engage in t
 he creation of large-scale\, chakra-inspired collages\, using art as a the
 rapeutic tool to release stored emotions\, thoughts\, and energy. The work
 shop is led by licensed psychotherapist Elena Gonzalez\, LCWS\, and artist
  Stephanie Waisler-Rubin\, who will guide participants step-by-step throug
 h this introspective and expressive process. Together\, they create a supp
 ortive environment where individuals can process emotions\, explore insigh
 ts\, and unlock their creative potential.\n\nAll materials are provided\, 
 including specially curated collage supplies\, ensuring that participants 
 can focus fully on their creative journey without distractions. There’s 
 no need to spend time searching through magazines—everything is ready fo
 r your artistic exploration. Additionally\, light refreshments will be ser
 ved to keep participants nourished throughout the day.\n\nBy the end of th
 e workshop\, participants will have created unique\, personal pieces of ar
 t that reflect their individual chakra journey\, leaving them with both a 
 tangible reminder of their creative expression and a deeper understanding
