 e moment of stillness\, and build community.\n\nWe’ll begin the day with
  light breathwork and a guided meditation\, allowing you to center your mi
 nd and release any stress\, surrounded by the peaceful energy of the great
  outdoors. Whether you're new to meditation or experienced\, this gentle p
 ractice will help set the tone for the day ahead.\n\nFollowing the meditat
 ion\, we’ll hike together along a scenic trail leading toward the Griffi
 th Observatory\, offering breathtaking views of the city and surrounding n
 ature. This hike not only connects us with the natural world but also with
  one another\, creating space for meaningful conversation\, quiet reflecti
 on\, and shared experiences.\n\nRemember to bring along your water bottle 
 and sun protection to ensure you stay hydrated and comfortable throughout
