 of breathwork in this gentle 90-minute class with local teacher Liz Campb
 ell.\nThis class is an introduction to yogic breathing (pranayama)\, desi
 gned for complete beginners and anyone curious about breathwork. You don
 ’t need prior yoga or meditation experience.. just an open mind and a wi
 llingness to breathe deeply.\n\nWe’ll start with a few simple\, light m
 ovements to release tension and prepare the body to sit comfortably. Then
  we’ll explore foundational breathing techniques step by step\, helping 
 you discover how your breath can bring more calm\, clarity\, and energy in
 to daily life.\n\nWhat You’ll Experience:\n\n 	A gentle introduction to 
 breathwork practices rooted in yoga\n 	Short\, accessible movements to eas
