 ggles can be exhausting and emotionally draining. Many caregivers feel iso
 lated\, hopeless\, and rarely have time to tend to their own well-being. T
 his event aims to bring them some relief\, offering care packages filled w
 ith wellness tools that can help them regain balance\, find comfort\, and 
 feel supported in their journey.\n\nSpecial Highlight - Book Launch:\nAs a
  special addition to the fundraiser\, the Mental Health Coalition for Wome
 n &amp\; Families will be unveiling their latest book\, "Breaking the Sile
 nce\," co-authored by Million Heir-Williams and the Author Team. The book 
 launch features a very special guest\, Grammy Award Winner Cheryl "Salt" J
 ames\, who will be available for book signings. Attendees of the fundraise
 r will have the first opportunity for a signed copy and a photo with Chery

  for book signing is reserved for fundraiser guests\, followed by a first-
