Come experience car-free open streets at our 64th event\, Netflix x CicLAvia—Melrose Ave: Stran ger Things 5 One Last Ride.\n\nThis epic event is bringing fans together t o bike\, skate\, or stroll along a car-free stretch of Melrose Ave in cele bration of the cultural phenomenon’s finale season. For one day only\, t he street will be reimagined as Hawkins itself\, where the familiar collid es with the mysteries of the Upside Down and fans come together for one la st adventure.\n\nWe’re going full 1980s! You can show up as your favori te Hawkins character or monster of the Upside Down or channel peak ‘80s vibes with neon\, leg warmers\, windbreakers\, or any totally awesome retr o fit.\n\nEnjoy the pop-up park for the day in your favorite people-powere d way\, whether that's walking\, jogging\, biking\, roller skating\, skati ng\, or simply spectating! All ages and abilities are welcome. There's no starting point or finish line—begin where you like and e njoy the day your way.\n CicLAvia traffic flows in two directions\, just like regular traffic. Check out more rules of the route.\n As a general rule of thumb\, only people-powered vehicles are allowed\, with exception s for persons with disabilities. That means we do not allow electric scoot ers\, electric skateboards\, hoverboards\, electric unicycles\, motorcycle s and other non-people-powered vehicles\, but we do allow motorized wheelc hairs and related vehicles for people with disabilities. We want to make s ure that everyone can enjoy our route.\n Are e-bikes allowed? Class 1 e-b ike pedal-assist allowed. Class 2 e-bikes allowed when throttle is power ed off. Class 3 e-bikes allowed when pedal-assist is powered off. Learn mo re here.
