 your little one\, and you’re welcome to hold or interact with them whene
 ver needed—because they’re a part of this experience\, too!\n\nMoms wi
 th toddlers are also welcome! As long as your toddler is happy to relax in
  their stroller\, they can join the fun. A favorite snack or toy can help 
 keep them entertained while you focus on your workout.\n\nEach session wil
 l introduce new movements and exercises\, combining bodyweight exercises w
 ith optional weights to keep things fresh. Expect a full-body HIIT workout
