 experience\, thoughtfully curated by host Nicolas Sotomayor. This weekly w
 ellness series invites participants to immerse themselves in the therapeut
 ic art of sound bath meditation—a practice designed to promote deep rela
 xation and inner harmony.\n\nA sound bath meditation is a holistic\, full-
 body listening experience that harnesses the power of sound frequencies to
  facilitate emotional\, mental\, and physical well-being. By incorporating
  resonant tones from instruments such as singing bowls\, gongs\, and chime
 s\, this meditative practice encourages stress relief\, mental clarity\, a
 nd an overall sense of renewal.\n\nThis in-person gathering provides an id
 eal setting for individuals to unwind\, reset\, and cultivate mindfulness 
 as they prepare for the week ahead. Whether someone is an experienced medi
 tator or entirely new to the practice\, all are welcome to embrace this ca
 lming journey of self-care and introspection.\n\nAttendees are encouraged 
 to bring a yoga mat for personal comfort\, while all other necessary eleme
 nts for the experience will be provided. To ensure a seamless and relaxed 
 arrival\, participants should plan to check in by 10:45 AM. Complimentary
