DESCRIPTION:Join us for a transformative experience at the Conscious Health
  Center in Los Angeles\, where participants are invited to explore their i
 nner selves through the intuitive art of SoulCollage®\, guided by the tal
 ented Chantel Zimmerman.\n\nThis in-person event promises a creative and s
 oulful journey\, allowing individuals to express themselves and engage in 
 deep reflection. Under Chantel’s expert guidance\, attendees will discov
 er how SoulCollage® can enhance their self-awareness and creativity\, lea
 ding to greater joy and connection to their authentic selves.\n\nChantel Z
 immerman brings over 20 years of facilitation experience\, dedicated to su
 pporting individuals on their paths toward joy and well-being. She special
 izes in transformative arts and contemplative practices\, offering a varie
 ty of one-on-one and group events\, as well as retreats and online session
 s. As a Stillpoint trained Spiritual Director\, inspirational speaker\, an
 d mixed-media artist\, Chantel blends her passions to create enriching exp
 eriences for her participants.\n\nAll necessary supplies for the workshop 
 will be provided\, including magazine images\, scissors\, glue sticks\, ca
 rdstock\, and clear plastic sleeves. This allows participants to immerse t
 hemselves in the creative process without any prior preparation. The 1.5-h
 our session will begin with an overview of SoulCollage® principles\, foll
 owed by a flash card exercise and journal prompts designed to unveil the i
 nsights from your cards. Gratitude-themed questions will further enrich th
 is reflective experience.\n\nParticipants will also have the opportunity t
 o engage in both small and large group discussions\, fostering connection 
 and the sharing of wisdom among attendees. Everyone will leave the session
  with handouts to continue their SoulCollage® journey beyond the event.\n
