  Bath. This immersive session features the harmonious vibrations of crysta
 l singing bowls and other instruments designed to help release stress and 
 tension\, allowing you to find balance and relaxation.\n\nWhether you're n
 ew to sound healing or familiar with its benefits\, this event welcomes ev
 eryone. No prior experience is needed—simply come with an open mind\, re
 ady to unwind. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and anything e
 lse that helps create a comfortable\, relaxing environment.\n\nOptional Pr
 e-Sound Bath Class\nFor those looking to deepen their relaxation\, there i
 s an optional Chi Kung Stretch and Strengthen class offered by Master Yumi
  from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Chi Kung (Qigong) combines gentle movements\, br
 eathing techniques\, meditation\, and body postures to promote self-healin
 g\, relaxation\, and energy flow. This class is especially beneficial for 
 practitioners of Tai Chi or Push Hands\, but it is open to anyone looking 
 to enhance their well-being.\n\nAttendees who opt for both the Chi Kung cl
 ass and the Sound Bath will receive a special discount\, with the combined
  cost for both events set at $40. This is a great opportunity to experienc
 e two forms of healing and relaxation in one evening.\n\nEvent Details\n\n
  	Cost: $40 for both the Chi Kung class and Sound Bath (if purchased toget
