 s\, and drums\, Kris guides participants through an intentional journey to
  rejuvenate the body\, mind\, and spirit. This immersive experience is des
 igned for both beginners and experienced meditators\, providing a gentle f
 ull-body reset. No prior experience is required—just an openness to rela
 x and receive.\n\nAbout the Experience: "Sound Journey with Kris" is a 60-
 minute immersive sound bath that combines meditation\, breathwork\, and so
 und therapy. It begins with 20 minutes of meditation and breathwork to pre
 pare the body for healing resonances\, followed by a 40-minute sound bath.
  Instruments like crystal quartz singing bowls\, chimes\, tingshas\, shake
 rs\, and drums will help guide participants into a state of deep relaxatio
 n. The vibrations created during the sound bath promote relaxation\, reduc
 e stress\, and enhance emotional well-being.\n\nSound baths are known for 
 their therapeutic effects\, including reducing anxiety\, promoting restful
  sleep\, and balancing energy levels. Each person’s experience during th
 e sound bath is unique\, ranging from emotional releases to deep states of
  meditation\, and even falling asleep.\n\nWho Can Attend:\n\n 	This event
