SUMMARY:Stretch + Flow to the Sound of the Ocean
DESCRIPTION:Start your Sunday mornings with a serene Stretch + Flow class\,
  right on the beach! Beginning on October 13th\, the class returns to the 
 sand\, offering the perfect setting for a peaceful experience. Participant
 s will enjoy stretching and flowing while surrounded by the calming rhythm
  of the ocean waves.\n\nClasses are scheduled during low tide\, directly o
 n the sand in front of the Beach Terrace hotel. On high tide days\, the cl
 ass will move to the Sun Deck or Pool Deck\, where breathtaking ocean view
 s and the soothing sound of the waves create an equally relaxing atmospher
 e.\n\nSpace is limited\, so early registration is highly encouraged! If cl
 ass is held on the beach\, there is no participant cap. If you’re on the
  waitlist\, all spots will be released by 8:30 AM on the day of class. You
  can also show up in person to check if it’s on the beach and join by pa
 ying in cash. However\, if the class takes place on the Sun Deck or Pool D
 eck\, a pre-purchased ticket is required.\n\nThe class begins with a gentl
 e yoga stretch flow and ends with a guided meditation enhanced by reiki en
 ergy healing. This 60-minute session is suitable for all levels\, making i
 t an ideal introduction to yoga and meditation. Even beginners will feel a
 t ease\, moving their bodies in rhythm with the peaceful ocean sounds. It
 ’s a perfect way to start the day feeling centered\, relaxed\, and ready
  for a more productive Sunday.\n\nRegistered Beach Terrace hotel guests do
  not need to sign up—just bring your hotel wristband and yoga mat from y
 our room.\n\n\n\nEvent Details:\n\n 	Limited space: Be sure to register in
  advance.\n 	Arrive at least 10 minutes early to park and get set up.\n 	D
 on’t forget your water bottle\, sunscreen\, sunglasses\, and a yoga mat.
