 l take time to engage in self-reflection\, set personal goals\, and harmon
 ize their minds and bodies.\n\nEmpowering Movement: The event emphasizes m
 ovement that celebrates each individual's strength and uniqueness. Whether
  attending solo or with friends\, all fitness levels are welcome!\n\nAll p

 line Calderone\, our special guest coach for the day! A former engineer tu
 rned health and wellness coach\, Angeline has also made a name for herself
  as a signed fitness and lifestyle model.\n\nIn her own words:\n\n"Leaving
  my corporate job to embark on an entrepreneurial journey was both challen
 ging and daunting. After working tirelessly to achieve my Engineering BS d
 egree and securing a full-time position shortly after graduation\, I thoug
 ht I had reached my dream. Yet\, something felt amiss. My lifelong passion
  for health and wellness ultimately helped me navigate through some of the
  darkest periods of my life\, including battles with depression\, negative
  self-talk\, and a lack of confidence."\n\n"Fitness became my sanctuary\, 
 enabling me to overcome feelings of inadequacy and allowing me to rise abo
 ve what held me back. This passion led me to make the bold decision to lea
 ve my stable job and start anew. Though the journey has been filled with u
 ps and downs\, it has been profoundly purposeful. I wouldn't have achieved
  the milestones I have today without taking that leap of faith."\n\n"My co
 llaboration with PAINKLLR began during my transition from the corporate wo
 rld to deepening my engagement with modeling and personal training. I have

  As a personal trainer\, witnessing my clients’ transformations and help
