 lfeast\nSometimes you just need to feast your soul on good vibrations and 
 food!\n\nThere’s a saying that “if you don’t like your situation\, c
 hange your vibration”. Group meditation on beautiful sanskrit mantras in
 fused with melodic music\, little snippets of wisdom and delicious vegan f
 ood cooked with love and all good vibrations are just part of that glow up
  package for a spiritually open minded person!\n\nJoin our Soulfeast every
  Friday to reset and recharge yourself. You won’t regret it.\nHow the ni
 ght will look:\n\n 	As an extra treat to yourself\, you can attend our Res
 torative Yoga at 6pm to ease your body into the night\n\n\n 	At 7.15pm we'
 ll begin the Soulfeast with some kirtan (musical mantra meditation). We ex
 plore different mantras each week to help us access different moods of kir
 tan.\n\n\n 	In between mantras\, we share little snippets of yoga wisdom f
 or help in our daily life\, stress management and going deeper into our me
 ditative practice. Some times we may have a special guest speaker to share
  more insights and enlighten us.\n\n\n 	We move into our final mantra of t
 he night around 8pm. By this time we're feeling fully relaxed\, present an
 d sometimes even a little groovy (don't be afraid to clap your hands our d
 ance).\n\n\n 	We end the night with a FIRE vegan dinner\, dessert and drin
 ks\, cooked with love from home by the owners of Studio Om.\n\nWhat to bri
