DESCRIPTION:Join us for an enriching evening of wellness and nature connect
 ion at our Sunset Yoga and Herb Walk event. Guided by the spirit of Robin 
 Wall Kimmerer's words\, “Know the ways of the ones who take care of you\
 , so that you may take care of them\,” this event invites participants t
 o deepen their connection with both their own well-being and the natural w
 orld.\n\nThe evening begins with a 45-minute beginner’s yoga class led b
 y the skilled and inspiring Kaia Placa. Following the yoga session\, embar
 k on a fascinating Herb Walk with Andrea Jimenez\, a certified Naturalist\
 , herbalist-in-training\, and founder of Herb Club LA. During this walk\, 
 Andrea will guide participants through the vibrant flora of Tongva land\, 
 which encompasses Los Angeles. Attendees will learn how to identify native
  plants and explore their historical and cultural significance in relation
  to human life.\n\nThis Herb Walk is designed to be accessible to everyone
 \, from novice herbalists and botanists to those simply curious about the 
 natural world around them. It’s a wonderful opportunity to immerse onese
 lf in nature\, appreciate its restorative qualities\, and gain insight int
