  Sara Ruffin! Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to celebrate friendshi
 ps\, self-care\, and family\, and this fun-filled session is designed for 
 parents and kids to connect through movement and mindfulness.\n\nIn this k
 ids' yoga workshop\, families will explore self-love and learn simple calm
 ing techniques that can be practiced together at home. The class will also
  include a series of playful\, heart-opening poses\, making it an engaging
  and joyful experience for all ages and skill levels.\nAbout Sara Ruffin:\
 nSara Ruffin (RYT-500\, OLY teacher) brings over 10 years of experience in
  Jivamukti and Tantra Hatha yoga. As a mother of two young boys and an exp
 erienced elementary school yoga instructor\, she is passionate about makin
 g yoga accessible for all ages\, backgrounds\, and body types. She loves s
 haring the transformative power of yoga with her community.\nEvent Details
