Workout Session Detail: Morning Yoga practice includes 40 minutes of (Asana) postures, 5 minutes of prāṇāyāma (breathwork), and 45 minutes of silence/meditation. It aims to heal the body and mind, increase energy, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, and emotional balance throughout the day.
Essential for Briang: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, water bottle.
Parking Option: Plenty of free street parking or free parking next door at MGM building parking lot.
