Workout Session Detail: This one-hour session offers a gentle yoga sequence paired with soulful R&B tunes in a dimly lit studio.

Essential for Bringing: Participants are encouraged to bring water. Mats and blocks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat, towel, blocks, bolster, strap, or any other yoga props for added comfort.
