Led by our program coordinator and esteemed local yoga instructor, Monica, this one-hour yoga session commencing at 10 am promises a blend of relaxation, rejuvenation, and mindful movement.

This event is FREE with RSVP! Simply bring along your yoga mat if you have one. Limited extras will be available on-site.

Parking Option: Ample parking is available at both the lots and on the street surrounding Verdugo Park.
