Awaken the Inner Light: A journey of Shadow Work & Healing
Participants are invited to embark on a transformative healing journey that intricately weaves together shadow work, shamanic drumming, light touch aromatherapy massage, Reiki, and a soothing sound bath. This workshop is designed to facilitate a deep exploration of one’s inner self and promote holistic healing.
Understanding Shadow Work
Shadow work involves confronting the hidden or darker aspects of our psyche, including unresolved emotions, fears, and negative traits. By illuminating these areas, participants can heal and embrace their authentic selves. This practice encourages the transcendence of limiting beliefs, paving the way for profound spiritual growth and self-acceptance.
Workshop Structure
The experience begins with grounding breathwork and rhythmic drumming to foster a sense of presence in the body and mind. This leads into a deep meditative state, enhancing connections with the inner self and the earth. Following this, shadow work will be explored, providing a safe space for participants to examine and heal hidden aspects of their psyche. This process allows for greater emotional freedom and self-integration.
As participants lay in peaceful surrender, they will be immersed in healing sound frequencies while receiving Reiki energy healing and light touch aromatherapy massage. These practices will cleanse and relax the nervous system, restoring harmony both internally and externally.

Meet Your Guides
- Arisara is a certified massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and sound healer based in the South Bay area of California. She specializes in facilitating natural healing processes to alleviate pain and tension, reduce stress, and promote overall wellness.
- Ada is a certified breathwork facilitator, Reiki master, and sound healing practitioner. Her own transformative experiences with healing practices have inspired her to support others on their journeys of self-discovery, helping them reconnect with their unique gifts and inner light. Ada’s workshops are heart-centered, focusing on empowerment and awareness of holistic healing.
- Natalia is a queer intuitive energy healer from Southeast Los Angeles, where she learned the art of Limpias (energy healing) through her Latine community. Natalia founded Floreciendo Energy Healing in January 2024 to provide sound and energy healing, believing that true healing occurs when one connects with their ancestral medicine. She is a Reiki master trained by renowned practitioners and holds a Master’s in Legal and Forensic Psychology, specializing in ancestral and inner child healing.
