Immerse yourself in a weekly Sound Bath session that invites you to unplug, relax, and simply listen. Much like meditation, a Sound Bath gently guides your mind from its active state into the dream-like theta brainwave, allowing for deep relaxation and emotional release. Each participant’s experience of sound is unique, shaped by their mood, past, and even the physiology of their inner ear. Whether the sound evokes feelings of calm or chaos, the experience can lead to resolution, emotional release, and personal growth over time.

In these sessions, your instructor will begin with calming breathwork to settle the body before transitioning into a soothing Sound Bath using crystal bowls and chimes. The resonating vibrations from these instruments create a meditative environment, encouraging the body and mind to let go of stress and tension.

How to Prepare for a Sound Bath:
Dress Comfortably – Wear loose, comfortable clothing to help you relax.
Arrive Early – Plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in.
Turn Off Your Phone – Upon arrival, switch off your phone to fully disconnect and be present.
Prepare Your Space – Yoga mats and 2-3 blankets are provided, but feel free to bring extra blankets, a pillow, or an eye pillow for added comfort.
Clear Your Mind – Enter the session with an open mind and allow the sounds to guide you. While the experience is deeply relaxing, try to stay awake and mindful of the sound’s flow.
Embrace Your Emotions – A Sound Bath can stir emotions or sensations within the body. Be open to what surfaces, as this is part of the healing process.
Self-Care Before and After – Hydrate, use the restroom beforehand, and get a good night’s rest afterward to maximize the benefits of the session.
The Sound Bath Experience is an opportunity to rejuvenate and reset. Whether you’re new to this form of meditation or a seasoned participant, each session offers a unique journey of self-discovery and healing. We provide all necessary props, but you are welcome to bring any additional items that will help you feel more comfortable and relaxed. Join us every Friday at 7:30 PM and give your body the gift of rest and renewal.
