Immerse yourself in a unique meditative journey with a Tea Ceremony & Sound Bath Meditation, a beautiful blend of sensory exploration and deep relaxation. This gathering invites participants to slow down, become fully present, and connect through mindful rituals.

Led by your guide Courtnay, an experienced tea ceremony and sound bath facilitator, the event will begin with the sharing of rare, hand-picked wild tea sourced from ancient tea trees. As you sip, you’ll be guided into a mindful state, where each sip becomes an invitation to embrace the present moment.

Following the tea ceremony, Courtnay will lead a deeply relaxing sound bath, using antique Tibetan singing bowls and percussion instruments to create soothing vibrations that promote relaxation, balance, and healing. The meditative sounds will allow you to drift into a peaceful state, quieting the mind and easing tension in the body.

The experience will conclude with a guided compassion meditation, designed to open the heart and cultivate healing energy for yourself and all beings. This final practice fosters a sense of interconnectedness and invites the possibility of deep emotional release and renewal.

Courtnay brings a wealth of knowledge to this ceremonial practice. As a RYT500 certified yoga instructor and a seasoned tea ceremony practitioner, she has traveled the world visiting tea cultivators and studying diverse tea ritual techniques. Her expertise ensures a meaningful, authentic, and transformative experience.

Whether you’re new to tea rituals or an experienced practitioner, this event offers a peaceful sanctuary to pause, reflect, and heal in a supportive community setting.
