6th Annual Playa Vista Monster Dash 5k
The 6th Annual Playa Vista Monster Dash 5K is an exciting community event designed to bring together families, friends, and fitness enthusiasts for a spirited race filled with Halloween fun. This year’s event will take place over the weekend, starting with packet pick-up on Friday, October 25, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Resort, located at 12852 W Runway Rd, Playa Vista, CA 90094.
On Saturday, October 26, 2024, participants can continue to pick up their packets from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location, ensuring everyone is well-prepared for race day.
The main event kicks off on Sunday, October 27, 2024, with registration and packet pick-up from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM. The 5K race will officially start at 9:30 AM, with a time limit of two hours for completion. The race will begin and end on Bluff Creek Drive, situated between McConnell Ave and Village Dr., right next to the Randy Johnson Park Soccer Fields and Tot Lot Playground.

The Monster Dash 2024 Course will lead participants east on Bluff Creek Drive, where they will turn around at Westlawn and head toward Playa Vista Drive. Runners will complete two loops before finishing back on Bluff Creek Drive, where additional fun and refreshments await.
