How Does It Work?
The event begins with a welcome circle, gentle relaxation exercises, and communication activities to introduce cuddle etiquette. Afterward, attendees have the option to participate in a “cuddle lab,” where all touch is consensual and optional. You’ll experience increased well-being, reduced blood pressure, a sense of belonging, and an overall boost in compassion and connection. You’re free to leave at any point if it’s not quite your thing!
Event Schedule

What to Wear
Dress comfortably! Cozy pajamas, cotton t-shirts, sweatpants, or leggings are ideal. Hygiene is key; please be freshly showered, minty fresh, and free of perfumes or strong scents to ensure everyone’s comfort.
Event Guidelines
The workshop emphasizes respecting your boundaries and those of others. All touch must be consensual and kept “Rated G.” Cuddle Sanctuary promotes the “Ask and Wait” method: if you wish to engage with someone, simply ask and wait for their response. Respect confidentiality for all attendees.

Held at Laughing Frog Yoga, 12217 Santa Monica Blvd #205, Los Angeles, CA, in a plaza with two levels of free underground parking. Take the elevator or stairs to the top floor.

What to Bring
Please bring a water bottle, and feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, or a snack. Alcohol and intoxicants are not permitted.
Event Facilitator
Led by Jean Franzblau, also known as “Cuddle Queen Jean,” founder of Cuddle Sanctuary. With years of experience in facilitation and training in consent, Jean has shared her expertise on platforms like Dr. Phil and The Bachelorette and teaches students about boundaries and consent through presentations and writings.
