Important Information:
- Goats Will Be Goats:
Wear protective clothing, as goats may jump on you! Hoodies, hats, and hair ties are recommended to avoid any nibbles. Remove loose jewelry and keep anything you’d prefer not to have nibbled or climbed on outside of the Goat Zone.- Pro tip: Some goats like to “autograph” yoga mats, so consider bringing a towel or renting a sanitized mat from us for $5 (see “add-ons”).
- Hydration:
Bring water to stay refreshed throughout the event. - Good Luck Goats!
The goats are vegan, and their droppings are small and virtually odor-free. Some even say they bring good luck—if you get “blessed,” buy a lottery ticket! - Sanitizer Available:
We’ll provide sanitizer and disinfectant to clean up any goat-related messes. - Participation Requirements:
We recommend participants weigh at least 70 lbs. - Waiver:
All attendees must sign a release of liability before participating. Minors must be accompanied by an adult, and a parent or guardian must sign a waiver on their behalf. - No Outside Pets:
As much as we love all animals, please leave your pets at home to avoid any stress for our critters.
About Us:
Michelle Tritten, founder of Hello Critter Goat Yoga, grew up in Burbank and has been surrounded by animals her whole life. She discovered yoga in the 90s, but it wasn’t until Earth Day 2017 that she combined her two passions: goats and yoga. Since then, Michelle and her herd have been spreading joy across L.A. through goat yoga, sound baths, creative workshops, and more. Each goat in the Hello Critter herd is treated with love, respect, and care, ensuring they remain healthy and happy.
The Hello Critter team has brought smiles to places like the L.A. Arboretum, South Coast Botanic Garden, and UCLA. These intelligent, curious, and playful goats are always ready for their next adventure! Learn more about them on our website: www.hellocritter.com.
