Healing Through Creativity: A Journey Through the Chakras is an immersive, all-ages workshop that bridges the spiritual and creative realms, inviting participants to explore their chakras through artistic expression. The workshop begins with a grounding qigong session, designed to help participants center their energy and open up their creative channels, setting the stage for a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Over the course of this 8-hour journey, attendees will engage in the creation of large-scale, chakra-inspired collages, using art as a therapeutic tool to release stored emotions, thoughts, and energy. The workshop is led by licensed psychotherapist Elena Gonzalez, LCWS, and artist Stephanie Waisler-Rubin, who will guide participants step-by-step through this introspective and expressive process. Together, they create a supportive environment where individuals can process emotions, explore insights, and unlock their creative potential.

All materials are provided, including specially curated collage supplies, ensuring that participants can focus fully on their creative journey without distractions. There’s no need to spend time searching through magazines—everything is ready for your artistic exploration. Additionally, light refreshments will be served to keep participants nourished throughout the day.
