This class is an introduction to yogic breathing (pranayama), designed for complete beginners and anyone curious about breathwork. You don’t need prior yoga or meditation experience.. just an open mind and a willingness to breathe deeply.

We’ll start with a few simple, light movements to release tension and prepare the body to sit comfortably. Then we’ll explore foundational breathing techniques step by step, helping you discover how your breath can bring more calm, clarity, and energy into daily life.

What You’ll Experience:

  • A gentle introduction to breathwork practices rooted in yoga
  • Short, accessible movements to ease into stillness
  • Space for journaling and reflection (bring your own or use paper provided)
  • Practical tips you can take home and use anytime you need to reset

Liz Campbell is a trauma-informed yoga teacher with over 13 years of experience guiding breathwork, meditation, and yoga practices. She specializes in teaching accessible, grounding breathwork that supports nervous system regulation and emotional well-being. Liz’s teaching style is warm, approachable, and rooted in helping people connect with themselves in a safe, empowering way.
