Perfect for beginners or anyone new to yoga, this workshop will introduce you to the unique postures and movements of Kemetic Yoga while flowing to R&B deep cuts.
During the session, Bree will guide participants through geometric progressions and intentional breath control, facilitating the circulation of life force and the strengthening of the respiratory, circulatory, parasympathetic nervous, thyroid, and glandular systems. The workshop will culminate in a rejuvenating and relaxing Reiki-infused sound bath, leaving you refreshed and aligned.
Workout Session Detail: This 1.5-hour workshop includes an Introduction to Kemetic Yoga, focusing on unique postures, breath control, and flowing movements, followed by a Reiki-infused sound bath.
Essential for Bringing: Participants are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice and a water bottle. Yoga mats will be provided.
