Saturday Yoga + Reiki in Highland Park, 5 pm PST (Ukiyo Jiu-Jitsu Academy)
Discover a restorative journey of Yoga and Reiki every Saturday at 5 PM PST at Ukiyo Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Highland Park. Led by Anastasia (@Yoga_with_anastasia), this class aims to harmonize the body, mind, and breath by uniting the physical and subtle bodies through intentional movement and mindful breathing.
The class begins with a calming meditation to help participants center themselves and reconnect with their inner peace. Throughout the yoga practice, Anastasia emphasizes the importance of synchronizing breath with asanas (poses), allowing participants to experience deeper rejuvenation and relaxation.
To further enhance the healing experience, the session ends with a hands-off Reiki healing during Savasana. This final pose, often referred to as the “corpse pose,” allows students to absorb the benefits of the class while Reiki helps to balance both the physical and emotional bodies on a deeper level.
Perfect for experienced beginners, these Saturday classes are accessible to anyone looking to deepen their practice or explore the combined benefits of yoga and energy healing.
