Join us for an exclusive and immersive sound bath experience in a unique, dungeon setting. This one-of-a-kind event features crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments designed to slow brainwaves and elevate the body’s energetic frequencies. Perfect for those who struggle with relaxation or find traditional meditation difficult, this sound bath offers an accessible way to rest and rejuvenate.

Taking place monthly in an inclusive, 21+ community space, the event provides an opportunity to unwind, recharge, and connect with others. The sound bath will help participants release stress and deepen their connection to inner peace through transformative sound therapy.

SCHEDULE:

6:15 PM: Doors open; settle in with oracle cards and essential oils
6:30 PM: Sound bath begins (no latecomers past 6:40 PM)
8:00 PM: Event ends

BRING:

Comfortable items for lying on the floor for about an hour (yoga mat, pad, blanket, pillow, eye covering)
A water bottle and crystals to charge
Dress comfortably
