About the Event

Introduction

“The Feels” is an innovative event that blends casual networking with a structured 90-minute session facilitated in partnership with Columbia University. The program incorporates positive psychology, mindfulness, nonviolent communication, and somatic awareness practices. This approach helps participants feel grounded and open, creating an ideal environment for making meaningful connections. Statistics reveal that 70% of attendees leave with contact details of someone they’re interested in, demonstrating the event’s effectiveness in comparison to traditional singles gatherings.

Participant Criteria

This edition of “The Feels” is specifically designed for individuals interested in pursuing monogamous or semi-monogamous heterosexual relationships. The age group targeted for this event is between 25-55 years old. Plans are underway to organize age-specific sessions for those outside this range to accommodate diverse groups.

Ticket Information

General Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future events. Attendees seeking more information on the event’s structure and objectives are advised to refer to the FAQ section. Those with concerns about accessibility should also consult the FAQ before purchasing tickets.

Ticket Transfer

Attendees are permitted to transfer their tickets to another individual for the same event, within the same category. For instance, a ‘Female’ ticket for “NY Feels 12” can be transferred or sold to another female participant for the same session. The original ticket holder is responsible for finding a replacement and must confirm the switch by emailing the organizers with the new attendee’s name and email.

Special Considerations

While future event credits are generally not offered, there is greater flexibility with tickets for Queer and Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) events as these communities continue to expand.
