About this Event:
Welcome to Mindful Meditation Wednesdays!  A calming and rejuvenating meditation session at the Women Rise Psychological and Wellness Center, P.C. Every Wednesday, we gather to practice mindfulness, relieve stress, and promote mental well-being. Laura, our experienced instructor, will guide you through various meditation techniques, helping you find peace and tranquility in the midst of your busy week. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced meditator, everyone is welcome to join our community and explore the benefits of mindful meditation. So, come and join us for Mindful Meditation Wednesdays and discover the power of mindfulness in your life!

Beginners Class: $10.00

Advanced Class: $10.00

Workout session detail:

Beginners Class: Wednesdays at 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm

Meet Your Instructor:
Laura Purington, M. Ed. RYT500
Laura is our skilled registered yoga and meditation teacher (RYT500) trained in a wide range of yoga practices. She is also a yoga professor at one of our local universities! Laura is passionate about sharing the joy and healing of yoga. Her healing and grounded energy radiate as she actively creates a safe and healing space within her sessions.
