With Love Projects invites you to embark on a rejuvenating journey of connection and mindfulness with our Hike and Be Still event, set amidst the serene landscape of Griffith Park. This queer-affirming gathering is a unique opportunity to ground yourself in nature, share a collective moment of stillness, and build community.
We’ll begin the day with light breathwork and a guided meditation, allowing you to center your mind and release any stress, surrounded by the peaceful energy of the great outdoors. Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, this gentle practice will help set the tone for the day ahead.
Following the meditation, we’ll hike together along a scenic trail leading toward the Griffith Observatory, offering breathtaking views of the city and surrounding nature. This hike not only connects us with the natural world but also with one another, creating space for meaningful conversation, quiet reflection, and shared experiences.
Remember to bring along your water bottle and sun protection to ensure you stay hydrated and comfortable throughout the event. No previous meditation or hiking experience is necessary—just an open heart and the desire to be present with yourself and others.
This is more than just a hike; it’s an invitation to pause, breathe, and connect, both with nature and the vibrant community around you. We can’t wait to share this mindful adventure with you!
