Join Compassionate Creativity, a transformative art-making workshop led by Maggie Knobbe, a Registered Art Therapist, designed to help participants explore self-compassion and connect with their creativity. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their relationship with themselves, especially during the holiday season when self-doubt or body-related challenges may surface.
In this session, participants will be given a supportive space to:
- Cultivate self-compassion intentionally
- Reframe negative self-talk
- Challenge their inner critic
- Foster personal growth and self-acceptance
- Connect with their core values
- Feel more grounded and at peace
- Practice mindfulness through the process of art-making
Maggie will provide expert guidance, leading participants through every step of the creative process. Various art materials will be used to create layered artworks, including watercolor paints, pastels, paint sticks, markers, Sharpies, and more. Whether you’re an experienced artist or completely new to art-making, this workshop is designed for everyone, regardless of skill level.
