Experience the rejuvenating benefits of Outdoor Ocean Bluff Yoga, designed to be accessible for practitioners of all levels. This unique class offers a holistic approach that is physically grounding, mentally energizing, emotionally balancing, and spiritually awakening. Participants are encouraged to simply show up and prepare for a session that leaves them centered and calm.
The class structure is thoughtfully designed, incorporating steady and deliberate movements that enhance strength, flexibility, focus, and heart expansion. Each session follows a consistent format while also embracing the uniqueness of each class. You can expect a blend of meditation, breathwork, sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, options for inversions, deep holds, backbends, and the long-anticipated Savasana.
What to Bring:
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, block, strap, and any additional props they may need. While the instructor comes with a structured plan, there is an openness to intuition, inviting participants to listen deeply to their own hearts throughout the practice.
Important Guidelines:
All public classes are held outdoors on the beautiful Bluff of the hotel. Please take note of the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience:
- Pre-registration is required for all classes.
- In case of inclement weather, early registration is essential so that participants can be promptly notified of any changes.
- Parking is available at Ponto State Beach, and attendees will need to walk up the steps to the Bluff.
- While mats, blocks, and some blankets will be provided, participants are welcome to bring their own.
- Masks are not required, and hands-on assists will be offered during the class.
In the event of inclement weather, classes may be postponed or canceled, and registered participants will receive notifications. Please note that there are no refunds for missed classes, but credits for future classes will be offered.
Parking Information:
- South Ponto State Beach is the designated parking area.
- After sunset, off-street parking or valet services at Alila are available for a fee of $7.
Arrive Early:
Participants are encouraged to arrive early and check in with the concierge for directions to the class location.
