HARP/BODY/MIND/HEART by Ariel Sol is an innovative, multidisciplinary performance that merges sound art, meditation, and interactive technology. This experimental work invites participants to explore the mind-body connection through a unique blend of music, real-time sensory input, and audience interaction. The performance is divided into three parts, each representing a key aspect of the human experience: the Mind, Body, and Heart.

The Mind is represented through a Muse EEG, which measures brainwave activity, while the Body is represented through a webcam that tracks movement. These inputs are combined with the hypnotic melodies of a harp, which symbolizes the Heart, creating a dynamic, interactive soundscape that evolves based on the audience’s engagement. This experience allows attendees to witness the powerful connection between their subconscious and the world around them, offering a space for both deep reflection and creative play.

The work is a pioneering exploration of the mind-body relationship, offering attendees a chance to engage in both performance and meditation. As a part of the experience, participants can interact with the performance, allowing for a more immersive and personalized connection with the sound and rhythm. It’s a space to rest, reflect, and co-create through the shared energy of sound.
