Participants are invited to join a practical workshop on the art and application of Chinese herbal topicals, delving into the traditional methods for crafting liniments, creams, poultices, and tinctures. This hands-on class provides the knowledge to create and use a variety of herbal remedies to address common conditions such as pain, inflammation, sunburn, and eczema.

The course guides attendees through the process of using raw herbs to make die da jiao, a famous martial arts tincture, as well as black paste poultices designed for trauma relief, and other therapeutic creams. By the end of the session, each participant will gain hands-on experience in preparing these herbal solutions, along with a deeper clinical understanding of their practical applications and effectiveness.

As a bonus, attendees will leave with their own handmade poultice, salve, and liniment, ready for personal use.
