This advanced prenatal yoga teacher training is designed for those who have completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and are eager to expand their knowledge. Emphasizing that pregnancy is not an injury, this training seeks to dismantle fears surrounding pregnancy and birth, focusing instead on how to empower students in their practice. Rather than asking, “What poses can’t they do?” the training encourages the question, “How can they do the pose?”
Over two weekends, participants will delve deeply into prenatal and postpartum yoga practices, examining the physical and emotional transformations that occur during and after pregnancy.
