Restorative Yoga with Jazzy

Immerse yourself in a revitalizing yoga class with Jazzy at Forager Crafts, nestled in the vibrant Frogtown neighborhood. This unique experience combines indoor and outdoor elements, offering participants the chance to unwind through meditation and rest. Enhance your relaxation further with a tranquil sunset walk along the serene LA River Path, either before or after the class.

Jazzy, who also teaches with Meztli Projects, an Indigenous-based arts and culture collaborative, brings a unique perspective to her sessions. Meztli Projects centers Indigeneity in Los Angeles’ creative practices, employing arts-based strategies to support, advocate for, and organize efforts that highlight Native/Indigenous artists and systems-impacted youth.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Remember to bring water and a yoga mat. For added comfort, consider bringing additional tools such as blocks, blankets, straps, or pillows—although Jazzy will have blocks and straps available, as well as a limited number of yoga mats and blankets.
