Immerse yourself in the rejuvenating experience of a Sound Bath, designed to help you unplug, relax, and reconnect with your inner self. Much like meditation, a Sound Bath guides the body and mind from a busy, active state into the tranquil, dream-like theta state, where healing and transformation can occur. Sound acts as a therapeutic tool for emotional release, and each participant’s experience is uniquely shaped by personal factors such as mood, past experiences, and even the physiology of the inner ear. Over time and with repetition, sound baths can bring clarity, emotional resolution, and personal growth.

The session begins with gentle breathwork led by your instructor, helping you to settle and ground before the sound bath. The soothing tones of crystal bowls and chimes will then envelop the space, guiding you deeper into relaxation. While mats and blankets are provided, you are welcome to bring any additional comfort items such as extra blankets, a pillow, bolster, eye pillow, or a scarf to cover your eyes and enhance your experience.
