Refund Policy

Refund requests will be accepted up to 12 hours before the event. After this time, no refunds will be granted.

APS is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees. Whether attending, speaking, sponsoring, or engaging with APS, participants are expected to uphold the following principles:

• Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
• Follow all venue guidelines, including emergency procedures and age restrictions.
• Report any safety concerns immediately.

Harassment & Discrimination Policy

APS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or discrimination, including:

• Verbal abuse, offensive language, or inappropriate gestures.
• Threats, intimidation, or acts of violence.
• Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected category.

Attendees who violate these policies may be asked to leave and could be barred from future APS events at the discretion of the APS board.

Responsible Consumption

Alcohol may be served at the event. Attendees are expected to consume responsibly and adhere to venue policies and all applicable laws regarding alcohol, smoking, vaping, and tobacco use.
