About the Session: Unravel is an intentional yoga flow that focuses on releasing tension, calming emotions, and quieting the mind. It offers a balance of physical movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote deep relaxation and emotional release. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session is open to all levels and requires no prior experience.

  • 45-minute graceful yoga practice to unravel physical tension and restore body balance

  • 10-minute mindful meditation to quiet the mind and encourage inner peace

This holistic experience is designed to help participants unwind from their day, release stored tension, and reconnect with themselves through a blend of movement, breath, and mindfulness.

Preparing for the Session:

  • No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
  • Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the session begins.
  • The session starts promptly at 7:00 PM, so please be on time to ensure you settle in.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and relaxation.
  • Optional tools you may want to bring include water, an eye or sleep mask for deeper relaxation during meditation, and a journal for reflecting on your experience afterward.
